William Jeffrey Baker

William Jeffery Baker age 64 of Cottonwood, AZ passed away on May 23, 2026. 

Jeff was born April 11, 1962 in Flagstaff, AZ, at age 7 his family moved to Cottonwood which he always considered his home.  Jeff loved living in the Verde Valley and never once thought of living anywhere else.

Jeff loved the outdoors being in the woods where he could camp and hunt were some of his greatest pleasures.  Jeff had also been involved with the local 4-H program as a lamb leader and enjoyed helping the kids with their animals at the Verde Valley fair.

Jeff is survived by his wife of 38 years Nancy Baker and his mother Nancy Baker Hance. He was preceded in death by his father Bill “Dink” Baker and brother Mike Baker. 

Our beloved husband and son will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Per Jeff’s wishes there will be no services.
