Wayne Anthony Hancock Jr., 54, of Camp Verde passed away on September 5, 2014 in Camp Verde, Arizona. Wayne was born on July 15, 1960 in Santa Ana, California to Wayne Anthony Hancock Sr. and Gloria Echeveste Hancock. Wayne worked as a plasterer with his father and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Wayne loved music and played guitar in a band called, Strumming Amigo. Wayne is survived by his parents and brother, Dennis Keith Hancock. He was preceded in death by his brother Craig Allen Hancock. A memorial service will be 10:00am, Saturday, September 13, 2014 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 360 S. 5th Street, Camp Verde, Arizona. In lieu of the flowers, contributions may be made to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Missionary Fund, 460 W. Grippen Rd., Camp Verde, Arizona 86322.
