Virginia Holloway, 91, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2025, at her Camp Verde home.
She was born February 9, 1934, in Los Angeles, California. Mrs. Holloway moved to Arizona 35 years ago with her daughter, becoming an activist for animal and women's rights causes. She loved participating in animal rescue, and treasured her time painting.
She worked as a data key operator, and devoted her time to helping feed the needy until she became disabled.
Mrs. Holloway held much love in her heart for God and for doing His works. She would feed her own detractors and treat them as guests in her home.
Mrs. Holloway passed away peacefully in her sleep. She leaves behind her beloved daughter and only child, Frances Blakeslee and son-in-law, Kristopher Blakeslee.
