Todd Steven Atkins of Downey California passed away Dec 5th at his home in Cottonwood AZ. He was a hard working Journeyman Lineman who loved to tinker with things. He is survived by his wife Stephanie, 2 sisters Robin & Becky and 1 Brother Timothy, 2 sons, Oldest son Nicholas his 3 children Mikayala, Andie, Jacob. Youngest son Hugh & Belia with their 2 children Lilliana & Trinity, along with many more. Valley View Cemetery in the Town of Clarkdale Arizona is where he will be laid to rest. A Life celebration will be held for him at a later date.
