Shirley Ann Smith was born on September 13, 1943, in Porterville, CA, and went to be with the Lord on January 5, 2024, in Cottonwood, AZ.

Shirley grew up in Fallon, NV, before moving to the Bay Area, where she worked as a sole proprietor in the sewing industry as a seamstress and the owner of Shirley’s Sensations in the Bay Area of California, making custom clothing and accessories. She lived in the Bay Area for many years before moving to Prescott, AZ, where she retired.

She is survived by her sons; Christopher Montooth of Fallon, NV, Sean Smith and wife Cheryl of San Jose, CA, and their son Syncere Smith.

Shirley is preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Smith, and her mother, Madeline Davies.
