Shawn Howard Myers

Shawn Howard Myers, of Mayer, Arizona, passed away unexpectedly on January 14, 2023, from a coronary attack.  Shawn was born on November 4, 1959, in Auburn, Washington.  He moved to Mayer, Arizona, with his parents and siblings in 1972.  After graduating from Mayer High School in 1978(in high school, he was known as “Oscar”), he became a full-time automotive mechanic; upon his passing, he was employed by  Findlay Auto Group of Prescott. 
Shawn enjoyed his time in the outdoors, hunting, camping, and spending time on his horse working cattle. This fall, he took his grandson Ted elk hunting for the first time. 
Shawn was predeceased by his father, Forest (Frosty) Howard Myers, mother Margaret Sarah Myers, sister Rose Francisco, and brother Ralph Thomas Myers. He is survived by his son Andrew Myers, daughter in law Diana Myers, grandson Ted Myers, daughter Shelly Myers, granddaughter Anita Myers, step-son Tim Myers; granddaughters Faith and Samantha,   sister Margaret Annette Gallo; niece Ariana Stangle, and nephew Giovanni Gallo.
The family will announce a memorial service in the near future.
