Russell Lee Bauer, 77, of Prescott, Arizona, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2025.
Born on May 9, 1947, in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Russell lived a whole, enriching life dedicated to his family, friends, passions, and community. Russell was married to Patricia Bauer, the love of his life, for 58 wonderful years. He is survived by his wife, Patricia; his children, Cheri (husband, Sterling), Steven, and Brenda (husband, Richard); and six grandchildren, Russell (wife, Ashley), Talisha, Quincy, Isaih, Jeriah; and nine great-grandchildren, along with his siblings, Larry, Edward, and Betty Bauer. Together, they built a family filled with love and joy, raising their three children: Cheri, Brenda, and Steven. His unwavering commitment to his family and his ability to create cherished memories were hallmarks of his life.
Russell was a Heavy Equipment Operator for 25 years and ran six successful restaurants over a span of 40 years. He was fearless and took risks in life to become the man everyone would admire and respect. He loved life and lived it to the fullest, worked hard, played even harder, and enjoyed his many passions and hobbies. His legendary storytelling always filled a room with laughter. Those who knew him could always count on him helping them to his fullest potential, from the smallest to the most challenging task.
Russell's life will be celebrated on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at 12:00 PM. The family invites all who knew and loved him to gather, share stories, and honor his legacy. He will be remembered for his kindness, wisdom, and the lasting impact he had on those fortunate enough to know him. He will be dearly missed.
