Robert Edward "Hippy" Frantum, 71, of Camp Verde, Arizona passed away Peacefully, in his home on Sept. 3, 2024 Surrounded by his Loving family.Robert "Hippy" was born in Glendale, Az. on Jan 17, 1953 to Herbert E. and Anna M. Frantum. He served in the US Navy and was a Vietnam Veteran.
After His Military Service, he was a Wildland Firefighter with the Yavapai-Apache Swift wildland firefighters. As Crew boss, his team assisted with the NASA Columbia Disaster Recovery team.
Robert "Hippy" was preceded in death by his parents; Herbert and Anna Frantum, his sisters Nancy and two brothers; Gordon and Frankie. He is survived by his seven siblings; Lillian, Jane, John, Linda, Herberta, Anna, Deloris and his best friend of 37 years Sally Jo Carter and her daughter Sara Gold.
Along with his beloved, trusted companion dog, Honee. As well as many Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Great Nephews.
