Phillip Harbeson Obituary

Phillip Ray Harbeson Sr. peacefully passed away at his home surrounded by his family on August 6, 2014. He was born in Jerome, Arizona on February 10, 1944. He worked with the Camp Verde Fire Department for about 40 years, 16 of which was as fire chief. He enjoyed spending time with the grand kids and great-grand kids when he was able to see them. He enjoyed bowling, drag racing and hunting when he got the chance. He leaves behind his wife, Betty; his six kids, Crystal (Alan) Conner of Whitefish, MT, Phillip (Skeeter) Harbeson of Camp Verde, AZ, Tamara (Aaron) Hunter of Spokane, WA, Donna Worden, Betty (Jack) Walker, both of Camp Verde, AZ and Amy (Tyler) Miller of Crystal Lake, IL. He also leaves behind 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He will be missed by many family and friends. A memorial service will be held 6:00 pm Friday August 8, 2014 at the chapel of Bueler Funeral Home, 143 W. Arnold Street, Camp Verde. In lieu of flowers, Please make Memorial Contributions to the Camp Verde Fire District Auxiliary.
