Marlene Marie (Otoupal) Buck

In Loving Memory of Marlene Marie Buck, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully in her home on November 2, 2024, in Cornville, Arizona. She was born on January 23, 1931, to parents Edwin and Alice Marie Otoupal in Kimble, Nebraska.

Marlene married the love of her life, Walter W Buck, in 1949, and together they created a beautiful family, raising three children: Michael E Buck (Toni), Lynn Marie Hoy, and Randy J Buck (Stacey). She adored her seven grandchildren and twenty-two great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter leaving a legacy of love and joy that will forever resonate in our hearts.

Marlene was a graduate of St. Mary High School in Chicago, Illinois. Marlene was actively involved in the St. Vincent De Paul organization, where she dedicated her time and efforts to uplift those in need.

In her free time, Marlene enjoyed expressing her creativity as an artist in acrylic and oil, leaving behind beautiful pieces of artwork for her loved ones to cherish. She loved gardening and just being outside. She taught us all to see the beauty in nature, to cherish each moment, and to love one another fiercely. Her kind heart, love of her family, her passion for serving others and an unwavering faith in God will continue to guide us as we honor her memory.
