Judith Day Obituary

Judith Day, 85, of Cottonwood, Arizona, passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2023. She was born in
Independence, MO on September 28, 1938. As a child she grew up in a Ottawa, KS and later moved to Kansas City where she had her children; Kelly and Santos. Wanting to be near her sister Patty, she moved to Phoenix where she raised her children. While in Phoenix, Judy met the love of her life Gary Day, and moved
herself and Santos to Norco, CA to join him. One of their retirement goals was to be closer to family so
they moved back to Arizona and fell in love with Cottonwood, AZ. Judy volunteered with several organizations in Cottonwood, the local hospital, and several second-hand stores. She loved to go to garage sales, eat Mexican food, play Yahtzee, and dote on her dog Zoey, but her passion was watching
her beloved Kansas City Chiefs play football and win 3 Super Bowl Championships.

Judy is survived by her children, Kelly DuPree (Lenexa, KS), and, Santos Reveles (Phoenix, AZ); her sister, Patty Hamilton; nephews, Rick Hamilton, Doug Hamilton, Mark Hamilton; and many more second nieces and nephews. Her parents, and her husband, Gary, preceded her in death. There will be two
celebrations of life, one in Phoenix, and one in Cottonwood, with dates to be announced at a later date.
