Heather Shree Tiner (Strauf)
June 4, 1982 – June 1, 2025

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Heather Shree Tiner (Strauf) who departed this life on June 1, 2025, just days before her 43rd birthday in Camp Verde, Arizona. Heather was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, and friend to many. 

Born on June 4, 1982, in Cortland, NY to Arvin L. Strauf & Effa T. Cash,  Heather lived a life marked by compassion and determination. She had a generous spirit and a deep love for family, friends, and the simple joys of life. Her smile could light up a room, and her presence made everyone feel comforted. 

Heather will be remembered for her unwavering loyalty, humor, and her ability to find beauty in everyday moments. Whether she was offering a helping hand, listening with patience, or sharing in laughter, Heather gave of herself freely and fully, with a no back down attitude. 

She is survived by her loving husband and soul tie, Patrick; Father, Arvin; Stepmothers, Renee & Erica; Sisters, Danielle (Mike, Kason, Kylie, Korbin), Stevie, & Jenny; Brothers, Arvin Jr. (AJ), Julian, & Donald; beloved cousin, Jaimee (Chris, Jaxon, Esabella), and all of the Strauf family; the Russell Family; the Meyers Family; the Hoy/Lynch Family; Tiner Family; lifetime friends, Kali Currie & Tricia Fitts; along with many, many other friends and loved ones who will forever carry her memory in their hearts.

She is predeceased by her mother, Effa; stepfather, Brad; cherished grandmother, Jennie; Aunt Alice; Uncles Steve, Ted, Donnie and Billy.  

A Celebration of Heather’s life, Pig Roast Style, will be held in New York at a later date and time. All who knew her are welcome to attend and share in remembering a life that touched so many.
