Harold Julius Johnson

Harold Julius Johnson was born on December 26, 1922 in Colonia Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico to the late Rosalie Wood and Russell Julius Johnson and passed from this life on October 12, 2014 in Camp Verde, AZ. Harold is preceded in death by his parents, Rosalie & Jules Johnson of Mesa. AZ; three younger brothers, Clarence Raymond of Hope, AK.; Richard Lloyd of Peoria, AZ .; Larry Benjamin of Salinas, CA.; and a great granddaughter "Emily" of Gilbert, AZ. He leaves to mourn his passing, his loving and devoted wife, LuVaughn, seven children and their spouses, Joyce & Jim Morrelli of Portland, OR; Garry & Anneli Johnson of Gilbert, AZ; Ron & Rebecca Johnson of Gilbert, AZ; Susan & Jim Healy of Salinas, California, Timothy & Saadia Sullivan of Newport News, VA; Margaret "Tammy" Johnson of Tempe, AZ; Kelly & Teri Johnson of Grove, OK; and his sister, Julienne McElhaney of Gilbert, AZ. Seventeen grandchildren, forty four great grand-children, 5 great-great grandsons and numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of Harold's life will be held in the Chapel at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 360 S. 5th Street Camp Verde, AZ. On Nov. 1 at 9:30 am. Viewing from 8:30 to 9:30 am in the Relief Society room. Graveside service will begin at 2:30 pm at Mountain Meadows Memorial Gardens, Payson, AZ.
