Elizabeth Kay Rahm, 70, passed away on Friday, June 23, 2023 in Cottonwood, Arizona.
She was born on February 19, 1953 in Great Bend, Kansas to Bobbie Dale and Helen Nickerson Howard. She was the eldest of six children, followed by Robert, Darrell, Barbara, Russell and Sharon. The family grew up south of Radium, Kansas on a farm. Liz graduated from high school in 1971. She attended Wichita State University and UNLV, where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Romance Languages.
She married David Rahm on September 21, 1981. They lived in Wichita, Kansas from 1981 to 1990. They moved to Omaha, Nebraska from 1990 to 1993 while David attended the Creighton University School of Law. They then lived in Las Vegas, Nevada from 1993 until 2017. They retired to Cottonwood, Arizona (18 miles south of Sedona) in 2017.
They lived in Chile, Germany and Spain during David's law practice. They traveled all over the USA and Canada, Hawaii, the Caribbean, South America and Europe.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Robert and her in-laws, Jack and Irene Rahm.
She will be deeply missed by her husband David, her family, and many friends.
Graveside and interment services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Thursday (June 29th) at Calvary Cemetery in Wichita.
