Debra Ann Birner, 63, long time resident of Camp Verde, Arizona, passed away peacefully on July 12th, 2023.
Debra was born on April 11th, 1960 in Flagstaff, AZ to Nap Birner and Francis Alfaro. Beautiful, indigenous, brave, and courageous. She is survived by her long-term partner, Bob Jones, brother, Ernesto Birner, two stepbrothers Joe Birner, and Chris Birner & sister-in-law; Teri Birner, three daughters; Ana Marie, Cassandra, and Vanessa, two grand kids; Emma and Landon, nieces; Alyssa, Rhaeanna, Ci’yara, nephews; Nickolas and CJ, and two pets; dog Buddy, cat Miley.
Debra was a kind, sweet soul, and hilarious joker. She loved music and dancing, and spending time appreciating the best things in life. She loved her garden, Facebook, and spending time with friends and family. She could make anyone laugh and had a big heart.
Debra “Deb” “Debbie” was born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona with indigenous roots from New Mexico. Debra spent some time in the San Francisco Bay Area in California where she raised three daughters before moving to Othello Washington and then back to Camp Verde, Arizona where she spent the last 20 years of her life. Debra was a long-time employee at Cliff Castle Casino where she loved her work, and colleagues. Debra will be missed by her partner, brothers, daughters, friends and family.
She was a fighter and now she can finally rest in peace.
