David Michael Hoschouer, 57, was born in Denver, Colorado in 1968 on January 20. David moved from Salt Lake City, Utah to the Verde Valley in 2001.
A resident of Cottonwood, David passed away peacefully after his battle against cancer on September 3, 2025 at the Verde Valley Medical Center in Cottonwood.
David was an avid researcher, creator of the Verde Valley Vortex and published author. As a Seabee in the U.S. Navy, David’s mechanical skills blended well into security system installation. He also served as a volunteer around the Valley in his spare time.
David is survived by his parents Kurt and Cheryl; sister Katrina; uncles Cliff and Pete and aunt Elaine.
