Cathleen Ann Reifenstein

Cathleen Ann Reifenstein, 72, of Camp Verde, Arizona passed away on April 18th, 2026 after a brief illness. She was born in Syracuse, New York on October 20, 1953 to the late Richard and Rita Reifenstein of Onondaga Hill, New York. Cathy followed her sisters to Arizona where she lived the past 30 years in Cottonwood, Rimrock and Camp Verde. She appreciated classical music and literature, and loved the southwest for it's unique, arid beauty. Taking great pride in her community, Cathy was the self-appointed litter-lifter of her neighborhood and lived life on her own terms. She is survived by brother Mark Reifenstein (wife Karen and daughter Ciara), sisters Joanne Curry (husband Buck and daughter Barbara) and Sheri Brown (daughter Heather). The family sincerely thanks Northern Arizona Hospice, Haven  of Sedona and the many individuals in Camp Verde who showed kindness to Cathleen
