Carla Renee Kleck

Carla Renee Kleck, 66, of Clarkdale, Arizona, passed away on February 26, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Born on November 16,1957 in Artesia, New Mexico; Carla was preceded in death by both of her parents, Houston Nathan Christian and Nila Dee Rumph. She is survived by her beloved husband, Jim, her loving children Joe and Jana, sisters Cynthia and Stephanie, brother Nathan, daughter-in-law Celina, grandchildren Parker and Paige, and great granddaughter Ada. Carla was dearly loved by so many and will be remembered fondly as a defender of children and animals. She devoted her career to animals, beginning with managing Canine Country Club for thirteen years before opening Happy Tails Grooming. Carla ran Happy Tails with Celina and Jana for ten years before retiring. Carla donated to needy families and dogs whenever she could. She absolutely loved to cook and craft. She was a talented artist, leaving behind a legacy of beautiful handmade gifts to those that were close to her. Carla was also gifted when it came to cooking and was sought out many times to cater parties and events. Anyone that knew her will remember that she was extremely strong; she fought long and hard throughout her life with health problems. She will be forever loved and missed.
