Testimonials

After reading through some of the recent testimonials, I realize my words are truly inadequate to describe my experience with Buelers during the loss of my husband Bill in early December 2021 , but I will try.
My husband & I were at home ( at the time we were not full time residents here but lived here part of the year) and were both very sick with Covid & he finally succumbed to it around 2 am. I was so sick all I could do was to tell Hospice to call Buelers ( having been to a funeral there a year or so before & was very impressed w/ the loving attitudes of all the staff). I was too sick to know much of what was happening but I remember that the staff was here quickly , they were quiet and respectful & I sensed they would take good care of my husband's body. Within 12 hours I was transported by ambulance to a local hospital where I , myself, nearly died. My son was in Missouri & could not get out here so he had to make all the arrangements over the phone. He spoke with Kim several times & apprised her of my situation. He said everyone there was so kind & caring. I remember that Kim had to call me at the hospital once. I could barely talk & she made it so easy for me , telling me to not worry, that everything would be taken care of for me. I truly felt assured it would be.
When I finally got out of the hospital & was able to get to the the office I was greeted at the door by Kim throwing her arms around me, telling me they had all been so worried about me and had all been praying for me. Other office staff came to hug me & express their sympathy and concern. I felt like I was with family. It was a great comfort.
Kim took care of every question, every concern. She gave me so much of her time ... sometimes just to talk...Something I truly needed. She continued to make herself available to me throughout the last two years and I consider her a true friend.
She helped me choose the perfect urn for Bill's cremains and when the memorial stone came in, Ben & his sweet son brought it to my home & set it exactly where I wanted it in my small memory garden. Again, i felt like my family was there.
I can honestly say that everyone there helped to make a very sad time so much easier for my family and myself & I most highly recommend them to anyone .
Thanks especially to Kim. I am forever grateful.

Thank you, Kim and all the staff, at Bueler who took care of one of our loved one who was sent to your vicinity for transportation services. The husband wouldn't have known what to do if it were not for who treated him so much respect and kindness during his time of need. He was able to bring his wife's remains back to our tribal gravesite for a prompt burial. Thank you, Kim, for understanding our need for speed to process all paperwork and transportation completed as soon as possible. Thank you for being respectful, kind, caring, and understanding of our native burial traditions.

How does one say Thank you to someone that helps you through the most difficult/heart wrenching time of your life. Everyone that works @ Bueler's is like family. True family that loves you & wants to help you because they care so deeply for the loss of your loved one. They are there from the moment of losing your loved one, through anything that might come up even weeks later. They are the kindest loving people that I have ever met. They have helped me with losing my Husband (Patrick), my mom (Linda) & again recently with my daddy (Robert). These were all very unexpected deaths. I truly want to thank Kim & Ben for their love & kind words & getting me through this very difficult time in my life again. Without you & your staff & the Lord I would have been so lost. You made me feel at ease each step of the way. Thank you again for your kindness & love. You are truly my family.

Thank you doesn’t seem like enough for how this family owned funeral home took care of my dad and I during this most difficult time in our lives, the loss of my beautiful mom and my dad’s beautiful wife. Ben (the owner) was so gracious, kind, and above all caring. Ben was so understanding and accommodating; it was so wonderful to have someone as special as Ben taking care of mom.
Ben, I can’t thank you enough for EVERYTHING you did for us.
God Bless YOU.

Well, we're family now!
Barbie and Kim have made this process so much more pleasant than I imagined.
I live out of state and my father passed away on 1/21/23 in Camp Verde Arizona, so he ended up here.
I couldn't imagine a better place to be! They've made this difficult time very effortless for my sister and I in California. We know he was in good hands and we are so appreciative for every bit of the excellent customer care we have received so far. God bless Barbie and Kim and all the unseen staff who took care of my dad's earthly body.
